What is your return policy?
This return policy is applicable to all products with the exception of PS3, cell phones and cell phone accessories. We have NO RETURN policy on PS3, cell phones and cell phone accessories. We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Items may be returned only with prior authorization. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where CelebrityBiz has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Member must contact CelebrityBiz to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. CelebrityBiz must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery. Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as Unwanted Returns, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. Returns We have a No Return Policy. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or cancellations. All USED merchandise is sold "As Is/Where Is". All NEW equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. In some cases, we drop ship direct from our suppliers. If a package is delivered from a different address than ours, it is considered a drop shipment. Since all sales are final, buyers who attempt to return a shipment other than to our company's address will be considered as a lost shipment. Please review shipping section below. We take great care in presenting our items, services and caregiver donation descriptions as accurately as possible. Our services and item descriptions are based on the information available to us about the item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the item description carefully and contact us if you have any concerns. Payment We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Customers can easily process their credit card payment online to send us cash through our customer account center. Credit cards are processed through Intuit Billing Solutions. Mail In Payment We also accept Money Order, Cashier and Personal Checks. We also accept a mail in payment for those who prefer to mail in checks or money orders for payment of your order or donation. When money orders are used, shipment is processed as soon as we receive the money order. When checks are used, you can expect a delay until the check clears your bank. This process can take several days depending on your bank. Shipping We use UPS United Parcel Service or USPS United States Postal Service at our discretion. We do not ship outside the United States. We will only ship to a confirmed address. Any request to ship to a different address than what has been provided, will need a signed letter confirming the change. These requests can be mailed or faxed. Hollywood Shops Online and it's owners are not responsible for lost shipments. Damage reporting is the responsibility of the buyer and must contact us within 48 hours. Tracking information: If you require tracking information, please re-visit your invoice online. You may log into the customer account center to get updates on the status of your order, and get tracking information. If you paid via money order or check, you will receive an email providing you with carrier information and a tracking number. Shipping Fees: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Our carriers are fully aware of our "ALL SALES FINAL" policy however in the event of a Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category willl be subject to a 20% restocking fee. "Properly Order Completion": Orders will be marked as "properly complete" once we have received all the requirements necessary deemed acceptable by the FTC. PRIVACY STATEMENT We record an IP address on every Credit card payment submission sent through our customer account center. Your recorded IP Address is recorded solely for the security purposes. The recorded IP address will be used as a digital signature allowing permission to process the payment information that has been submitted. IP Address will remain confidential and secure otherwise. Collection of Personal Information Hollywood Shop collects personal information including, without limitations, name, address, e-mail address, telephone, demographic data and member identification number from its members and users. Hollywood Shop may collect such personal information as part of the registration process for members or when members or users submit comments or other correspondence to Hollywood Shop through its web site or otherwise. Additionally, Hollywood Shop may collect personal information through its web site by using cookies or other methods of monitoring web usage. We do not market, sell, or trade this information to any outside companies, but collected information may be shared with our business partners. How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped a tracking will be posted in your account. You will also receive an email notification.

FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only.
